Acero Legal Solutions provides legal document preparation services. Based on the information you provide to us, our personnel will prepare legal documents on your behalf. Please note that Acero Legal Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to preparing documents according to the information you provide. We do not review the information you provide for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide opinions about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, or strategies, or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you provide and the resulting documents for your specific needs.
3. Client Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information necessary for the preparation of your legal documents. You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to this information. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the documents resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
4. Fees and Payment
The fees for our Services will be communicated to you separately, typically through a quotation or fee agreement. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you request in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms and conditions as well.
5. Intellectual Property
The templates and formats of the legal documents we use are the intellectual property of Acero Legal Solutions or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prepared documents for your personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the templates or formats without our prior written consent.
6. User Content
The information you provide to us for the preparation of your legal documents ("Client Information") remains your responsibility. By providing this information, you grant Acero Legal Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to access, use, process, store, copy, and transmit your Client Information as necessary to provide the Services to you and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide your Client Information and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
7. SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Acero Legal Solutions related to appointment reminders, case status updates, satisfaction follow-ups, online bill payment information.
Message frequency may vary. Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS messages to your number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm or disrupt our operations. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. ACERO LEGAL SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PREPARED DOCUMENTS WILL BE LEGALLY SUFFICIENT OR ACHIEVE A PARTICULAR OUTCOME. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ACERO LEGAL SOLUTIONS IS NOT PROVIDING LEGAL ADVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ACERO LEGAL SOLUTIONS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OUR PROVISION OF SERVICES OR THE DOCUMENTS PREPARED, EVEN IF ACERO LEGAL SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACERO LEGAL SOLUTIONS FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES IN QUESTION.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Acero Legal Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your Client Information, your use of our Services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We may also terminate our engagement with you if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if we determine that we can no longer provide the Services. You may terminate your engagement with us at any time, subject to any agreed-upon terms regarding payment for services already rendered.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monterey County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific fee agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Acero Legal Solutions regarding our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
